Redeem at checkout: points turn into a discount, in the classic and the block checkout.
Claim rewards: milestone rewards appear in My Account, where customers claim them.
Earning rules: by product, category, customer role, first order, sale items, minimum spend and date window.
Point expiry after a set number of days.
Notifications: emails and wallet pushes for points earned, points expiring, new tier and reward available.
Customer list with search, manual adjustments (with a reason) and CSV export.
Back-fill points for past orders when you launch.

Setup

How do I set it up?

Install EpassCard from WordPress.org and connect your account.
Open WooCommerce Loyalty and run the setup wizard. It starts you with sample rules and Bronze, Silver and Gold tiers.
Pick or design the loyalty card, then send yourself a test pass.
Turn the program on. Optionally award points for past orders.

Questions

Do I need a separate loyalty plugin?

No. The loyalty program is built into the free EpassCard plugin.

Do guests earn points?

No. Customers need an account to earn and redeem points.

What happens to points when an order is refunded?

Points are taken back in proportion to the refund. Cancelled orders reverse the points they earned.

Do customers need an app?

No. The card opens in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.

How much does it cost?

The plugin is free. Each customer card counts as one live pass. The Free plan covers 50 live passes; paid plans start at $19 a month for 250. See pricing.
